Devon will lead a Saturday afternoon session incorporating descriptions and ways of working with the nervous system in asana that were learned in classes and practice in India, under the guidance of both Geeta and Prashant Iyengar. We will approach yoga practice and the resolution of its difficulties by closely observing the action and response of the nervous system to what we do.
This class is for all levels; there will be the option of taking advanced or beginner versions of the poses. Please come with some prior experience of Iyengar Yoga and its methods.
